Mary Heaven M.S. L.Ac. is a board-certified Diplomate of Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York. She is a graduate of Tri-State College of Acupuncture ‘s three-year Master’s of Science in Acupuncture program. During her clinical training, she was exposed to three different styles of Acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese style Acupuncture and Acupuncture Physical Medicine (trigger point release therapy). Her professional interests include Facial rejuvenation, promotion of natural & green beauty, psycho-emotional health (anxiety, depression, PTSD),musculoskeletal pain, digestive ailments, autoimmune disorders and life path empowerment.
Rachael is a classically trained chef and health enthusiast. She worked in digital media for 12 years while also attending culinary school at the French Culinary Institute in NYC and catered on the side. She now owns Kinney Lane an organic prepared foods service. She is a mom of a 19-month old son, named Finn, and has one on the way in early 2020.
Jen Gerasimas is the founder of Warrior Approach, a simple system helping people who desire a healthy life but struggle with starting and sustaining good habits. As a former registered nurse, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, Jen has been studying the human body for over 20 years. She is the owner of 7Core Wellness, where she coaches individuals to eat, move, and live better so to become their best selves. Jen enjoys inspiring people to envision how achieving good health despite busy lives empowers them in so many ways. In addition to coaching, Jen trains clients out of her private gym, Studio 7Core, located in Vienna, VA of the Washington DC area. She has one daughter and loves to cook, dance, and be outdoors.
