Almond Energy Bites

Who doesn’t love quick and easy snacks to have on hand? Myx Kitchen shares a family favorite

Almond Energy Bites:

  • 12 oz Almond Butter

  • 8 oz of Organic Honey (can sub for agave if vegan)

  • 12 oz GF rolled Oats

  • 4 oz Sliced Almonds

  • 4 oz Dried Cranberries or walnuts or chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a bowl (make sure they are fully incorporated), scoop out small amount of mix (about 2 oz) and roll into balls. Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
