Benefits of a vitamin C - Why we all need a little bit more!
Anyone else feel all goes out the window on the weekends? I try to live by the 80/20 rule and let the 20 be on the weekend! I find that if I stay hydrated - all is better! I also find that Vitamin C helps, here is why:
