If you are like me you look forward to Thanksgiving every year. As you celebrate family, friends and you start the Holiday Season the last thing you want to think about is calories. I love to cook and entertain on this day but do not love all the refined sugars, starch and Gluten, so I am sharing with you a healthy twist on some of my favorite Recipes.
