If you are like me you look forward to Thanksgiving every year. This year will probably look a little different. Gatherings won't be quite as big but that should not mean hearts and stomachs should not be!
Tips for Hosting Smaller Gatherings:
Instead of roasting a whole turkey - roast just the breasts
Try roasting a whole chicken
Limit the side dishes and appetiziers to just your favorites. No need for a huge spread!
As you celebrate family, friends and you start the Holiday Season the last thing you want to think about is calories. I love to cook and entertain on this day but do not love all the refined sugars, starch and Gluten, so I am sharing with you a healthy twist on some of my favorite Recipes.
