Why Mushrooms? 🍄 My Favorite Turkish Latte Recipe

This is one of my favorite afternoon pick me ups.
1/2 cup water (cold)
1/2 cup nut milk (I use oat or almond milk)
1 tablespoon extra finely ground coffee (powder consistency) - I use Four Sigmatic's Instant Mushroom Coffee With Lion's Mane
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (or 1 cardamom pod, crushed)
dash of cinnamon
Optional: 1 teaspoon sugar, honey, or agave
Bring water and nut milk to a slight boil.
Remove from heat and add coffee and cinnamon, cardamom (and sweetener if you choose)
Return saucepan to heat and allow to come to a boil. Remove from heat when coffee foams.
